*Overseas-issued credit cards such as VISA and MASTER are not accepted.

Convenience store payment (prepayment)

Payment is required within 3 days of placing your order.
(Lawson / FamilyMart / Ministop / Seven-Eleven)

Required charges other than shipping and merchandise

Shipping fee 550 yen (tax included) per delivery address
1,650 yen for Okinawa Prefecture only
*Excluding some products (described in the product details)
For payment at convenience stores, a flat 110 yen settlement fee (including tax)

Delivery date

We usually ship within 3 business days after confirming payment.

Please note that pre-order items will be delivered after the release date. *Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped only after all items are available.

Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you find a defective or incorrectly delivered product that meets any of the conditions below, please contact us by e-mail within 3 days of receipt of the product and return the product to us within 7 days by cash on delivery.

1. If you receive an item that is different from the item you ordered
2. If the quantity ordered is different from the quantity delivered
3. If the delivered product is defective, such as stains, scratches, or damage

We will not accept returns if the above conditions are not met (e.g., for customer convenience).
