Required charges other than shipping and merchandise

Shipping fee 550 yen (tax included) per delivery address
*1,650 yen for Okinawa Prefecture only, and a flat 110 yen settlement fee (including tax) for payment at convenience stores.

Delivery date

We usually ship within 3 business days after confirming payment.

Returns and Exchanges

In the unlikely event that you find a defective or incorrectly delivered product that meets any of the conditions below, please contact us by e-mail within 3 days of receipt of the product and return the product to us within 7 days by cash on delivery.
